DELIVERY
You will be sent a dispatch confirmation once your order has been dispatched from Ichor Liquid containing details of your order. If you have selected a service that includes tracking this will be provided to you here.
Please note: Orders placed before 9am Mon – Fri will be sent the same day. Order placed after this will be sent the following working day.
FREE SHIPPING
Free shipping is based on standard rates and cannot be tracked. Should you wish to record your orders, or track them internationally, you will need to purchase the shipping service at additional cost. To qualify for free shipping you will need to meet the minimum requirements. Domestic orders within the IOM and to the UK: Spend over £20.Services
We use the Isle of Man postal service exclusively for all our services, who are part of the Royal Mail.
We offer two types of services to our IOM and UK customers.
- First Class Royal Mail Service: Delivery is aimed to arrive within 24 to 48 hours.
Orders over £20 will be shipped using the First Class Royal Mail Service for Free. No tracking is provided with this service. You may alternatively select the VIP service at extra cost.
We no longer ship outside the UK.
We will deliver your goods to the address specified on the Delivery Address provided during checkout. The buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery. For further information on our delivery terms please see our Terms Of Sale.
Ichor Liquid, as a company, uphold the highest standards on ensuring our turn around meets the timescales stated above, however are sometimes let down by third parties such as the IOM postal Service (Royal Mail). Please contact us, should there be a problem and we will aim to sort for you as soon as possible for you.
